职位描述及要求
1负责管理与生产相关的进度安排，成本及质量控制；制定各类与生产项目相关的会议安排；
2.负责有效的使用及维护各类生产设备, 系统以及生产工具；
3.负责员工的招聘，培训，绩效考核与发展；
4.负责整个生产过程中的安全及保障；
5.负责产品生产记录及文档资料；
6.负责向总经理工作报告；
具体要求：
1.机械或电气专业工程师，至少5年相关（生产工厂）管理工作经验；
2.优秀的管理能力（生产管理方面）；
3.成功的领导才能；
4.熟练各类办公软件以及ERP软件的使用（如：Microsoft, Office, SAP等）；
5.流利的商业英语交流能力
Electrical Engineer

Responsibility:
- Localisation of components of the Wind Turbine Generator
- Support to and control of suppliers technology
- Technical support to the Purchasing Dept .of Nordex China
- Component and system development of the Wind Turbine Generator
- Comparison of Chinese Standards with German or International Standards
- Analytical problem solving of technical problems on all Wind Turbine Generators operating in China
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or Masters Degree) with focus on Power Technology and Medium-and-Low Voltage Technology
- At least 5 years professional experience; know how application in MS Office and other typical office software
- Excellent communication skills
- Thoroughly structured working style
- High degree of flexibility
- Readiness to travel (incl. overseas)
- Very good English language skills in writing and speaking
Mechanical Engineer
